Partnership With Award Winning Developers
Norton Homestyle are now the preferred supplier to award winning, luxury developers, Chamberlain Developments. The relationship between the two parties began when Senior Design/Sales Consultant Paul Clowes moved to join Norton Homestyle having previously worked with Chamberlain on past projects and the relationship between the two companies has started fantastically.
Chamberlain Developments is currently developing 12 luxury barns in Burleydam in the Cheshire countryside called Lower Farm Barns, as part of their high-end portfolio of opulent properties. When specifying the barns it became apparent to Chamberlain that the products that were required were of a standard on a par with some of their most premier homes. Paul commented “The guys at Chamberlain Developments understand that luxury homes require luxury bathrooms if they’re to achieve their full potential at the point of sale. That’s why they approached me to help design the bathrooms, choosing products from our VitrA Designer and Grohe ranges that represent the best quality and luxury design”.
Each barn houses at least two bathrooms and a downstairs cloakroom, adding up to a total of over 36 bathrooms throughout the project, no mean feat; but for Norton Bathrooms the size of the project is of no concern. Back in 2006 Norton Homestyle was the chosen bathroom supplier for the development of the Orbital Plaza Ramada hotel, supplying 96 bathrooms to the landmark development in Cannock.
This latest project, although on a smaller scale is all about contemporary, luxury designs, which differ from barn to barn. Paul comments “each barn has a slightly different layout and some of the barns have already been sold to clients who want to play a part in the specifying of their new bathrooms. Therefore, each room is bespoke and we’ve been investing time with Chamberlain and their clients on creating the best bathrooms for each individual barn”.
This level of attention to detail is what has seen Chamberlain Developments excel in their industry, winning awards along the way including the 2010 International Property Awards ‘House Of The Year’ for Staffordshire and the 2011 UK Property Awards ‘Highly Commended Award’, for two different developments. It’s this shared passion to strive for the best that has seen the partnership between Norton Homestyle and Chamberlain Developments go from strength to strength.
The Lower Farm Barns development is expected to be completed during 2015 with the renovation of the original farmhouse on site, after which, you can rest assured that Chamberlain Developments will be moving on to another stunning project, and thanks to Norton Homestyle, you can bet the bathrooms installed will be every bit as luxurious.
